There is no menu here. Customers pay one set price and help themselves to a range of meats till they are completely satisfied. Also on offer are salads and sides from the hot and cold buffet which is included in the price. Derived from the culinary traditions of the colourful gauchos, churassco refers to the long skewers of boneless cuts of beef, chicken, pork, lamb and ribs which are basted with traditional marinades and gently roasted over a pit of glowing coals. Usual accompaniments are chimichurri, green or red sauce, mashed potatoes, fried eggs, salads and more. A glass of wine tickles the palate and aids the digestion.
