160 Old Brompton Road, London, SW5 0BA

Literally meaning 'mischievous' in French, The Coquine is a relatively new entrant to Chelsea’s exclusive night scene that is located on the exclusive end of the Old Brompton Road near the Little Boltons. It comprises of two floors which are very chic and stylish. The bar has been designed by famed designer Lee Broom and features a decanter chandelier, suspended in a room bathed in dull gold, lampshades lined with Persian rugs, turquoise crushed velvet banquettes, dark floors and Victorian tiles. Serving a variety of French fusion dishes and international tapas, the place attracts a good crowd at all times of the day and night. In this relaxed setting, guests can enjoy a variety of small international tapas-style sharing plates, supported by a handful of main courses such as rump of lamb served with caponata; seafood risotto in a tomato and white wine sauce and roast duck salad.
