Inspired by her grandmother's cooking and the bakeries in Germany, owner Heidi Vukov founded Croissants Bistro and Bakery on Grissom Parkway. With a commitment to utilize only the freshest local ingredients from SC farmers and fishermen, this bistro's unique creations are enjoyed by many loyal patrons for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is a Certified SC Grown, 'Fresh on the Menu' restaurant with delicious dining in a comfortable atmosphere. A selection of over 30 cake flavors is also available for any event.

Breakfast fare at Croissants' includes country grits and eggs soufflé, crabcake Benedict on a croissant, ham and cheese omelet, blueberry pancakes, salmon with cream cheese and capers on a bagel. Enjoy lunch or dinner entreés such as bistro chicken filled with sun-dried tomatoes, prosciutto, and boursin cheese, Parmesan encrusted grouper, peach glazed pork tenderloin, smoked turkey and Swiss cheese, grilled shrimp with peppers, onions and provolone cheese and Turkey Reuben on sourdough. Finish with chocolate raspberry torte, mint chocolate cake, key lime pie or cheesecake. A glass of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Merlot or Shiraz is the perfect complement to the meal.
