This could be a called a genuine local restaurant, run by Philip and Shirley Crowther since 1982, it is thoroughly dependable and fans are grateful for the fact that their favourite dishes - like lamb with a Provencale herb crust or grilled monkfish - keep reappearing on the menu; service is always friendly.
