Crumpet Description
Crumpet is a children friendly tearoom open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and tea. Specialities include eggs Benedict and fresh fruit muesli for breakfast, homemade Welsh rarebit, salads and great toasted sandwiches for lunch and high tea with sandwiches cakes and scones for tea.
Children?s food includes a range of organic baby food, suitable for from 4 months to 2 years old, and homemade lunches such as salmon fingers, macaroni cheese and cottage pie, plus picnic teas with fruit, sandwiches and cakes.
They blend all their own teas and make coffees using ethically sourced Arabica beans and organic semi-skimmed milk. Cold drinks include a range of organic juices and milkshakes and smoothies.
Crumpet has won The Observer Food Monthly Award for Best Children's Restaurant.
