I don't understand how it could take twnety minutes to serve us our slice of pizza and scoop of salad when the items are already prepared and ready to be dished out. Even when I complained to the manager and she promised to serve us immediately, it still took her five more minutes to get around to it. The food used to be great, but now it's disappointing. I wrote a letter two months ago with receipt, but have received no reply.
