Founders Janet Binswanger and James Israel came together to establish Culinary Concepts, an off-premises catering and events company. One can choose from various dining options ranging from hors d'oeuvres to station style. The selection on the extensive menu includes dishes such as grilled pork loin with apple thyme sauce, mahogany glazed ham with honey mustard and chutney for starters. The main course section features crowd pullers such as crab stuffed Chilean sea bass with coconut rice and snap peas with red pepper, and Thai spiced filet with Wasabi smashed potatoes and sautéed peppers and bok choy among others. Decadence comes in the form of sinful desserts that include free form key lime pie with fresh berries and lavender almond tiramisu.
