With high ceilings, elegant chandeliers and lavish furnishings, The Cut offers patrons a fine selection of modern American cuisine, including CUT's trademark range of succulent prime steaks and a carefully selected wine list.

The menu offers a contemporary take on classic American cuisine, so dinner could begin with starters of Dorset crab and lobster 'Louis' with spicy tomato horseradish, or bone marrow flan with mushroom marmalade and parsley salad. This could be followed by Indian spiced Wagyu beef short ribs with curried cauliflower and garam masala, or sautéed Dover sole meunière with preserved lemon and parsley. To finish consider a banana cream pie or warm passion fruit cheesecake with shiso yogurt and almond praline.
