A smart and beautifully appointed venue set in three and a half acres of grounds, they specialise in conferences, functions and weddings but have an attractive a la carte restaurant as well. Do note - no jeans or denims and booking is essential.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch at De Courcey's. The food was excellent and the surroundings were very pleasant. There were six tables occupied and I feel the restaurant deserves to have been packed. Maybe this is because it is quite difficult to get a booking because the phone messages and e-mails go unanswered. I visited the restaurant in person to secure a booking. Persistence is well rewarded.
