De Flavas Description
A modern family run British restaurant. Menus are produced using the best of seasonal local produce. Head chef and owner Raymond Thompson is an aspiring young chef with great cullinary skill. Restaurant manager and Partner is Justin Thompson. Situated in a Kent village close to all motorways and rail links. Very near Bluewater Shopping area and Brands Hatch race track. All menus are changed regularly and are all set priced.

Fantastic food, great jazz nights on Wednesdays, good atmosphere, friendly family service, although restricting further popularity by limited amount of seating available. Always booked up well in advance, so reserve early. Could do with extending the wine list, but what they do have are very pleasant, and affordable. Once eaten there, always a regular customer! No finer compliment!!!!!
