Deja-Vu in Kendal

'Déjà - Vu in Kendal ' is a bistro style restaurant with a fresh and exciting menu and a very unique decor. All dishes are freshly prepared by Fran and there are always exciting vegetarian options on the menu. The restaurant features cosy tables for a romantic candle lit dinner and also accommodates large groups.

Start with grated celeriac mixed with mustard, cream and parsley served on top of thinly sliced beetroot and sautéed seafood salad, tiger prawns, Atlantic scallops and squid served with continental lettuce leaves in an aioli dressing. Move on to oven roasted chicken breast stuffed with sun blushed tomatoes, basil and parmesan served with thinly sliced sautéed potatoes with a tomato sauce and pan-roasted pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta with a creamy green peppercorn and mustard sauce served with leek mash. End with chocolate marquise cake with mint crisp served with mascarpone.
