Den Sorte Ravn Description

In Nyhavn, alongside the canal connecting the harbour to the inner city is Den Sorte Ravn or The Black Raven, which serves a modern fine Danish cuisine with some classic French touches. A speciality of the house is fillet of turbot prepared in puff pastry, with lobster salmon mousse and parsley, served with lobster sauce flavoured with cognac. There are also classic meat dishes off the a la Carte.
