Nottingham's Mansfield Road is home to Deva, a restaurant that believes in giving diners a taste of some of the world's most preferred cuisines all in a modern and stylish environment. With the belief that the whole earth is like a family, this Indian restaurant offers English, Italian, and French dishes created by Head Chef Vijay Kumar Naudiyal who hails from the Himalayan foothills.

The very interesting fusion menu opens with a tomato and mozzarella salad and goes on to offer tangy chicken tangri kebab and fish Amritsari where chunks of cod are marinated in gram flour, spices, mustard and deep-fried. For mains, you could complement a lamb rogan josh with penne pasta and bolognaise sauce, or enjoy grilled scallops with fenugreek and fennel basmati rice, and lemon garlic butter.

The restaurant also has a splendid bar where you could relax over exotic cocktails and mocktails, and a range of beer, new age wines, liqueurs, and cognac before or after a meal.
