With an AA Rosette to laud their culinary achievements, the chefs at the deVille aim to provide only the best modern British food, using organic and locally sourced produce. You could sample starters such as seared scallops with spring leaves and ponzu dressing before moving on to spring chicken with crayfish, morel ragout, sugar snaps and roasted epicure potatoes. Puddings include the dreamy passion fruit tart with white coffee ice cream while their afternoon tea special offering with its delectable choices will leave enthusiasts longing for more.
