Dining at Whitehall Hotel Description
This superbly restored Elizabethan manor house, not far from Stansted Airport, is a well-run, comfortable establishment meeting a great need. There is perhaps almost a touch too much concentration on the 'little niceties', but then who are we to be ungrateful? There is a great and genuine striving to make sure that everyone feels coddled. One can only be complimentary about the food for which very high standards are maintained, be it conference, wedding or just plain social. Set-price lunch around £25.00, carte dinner £30.00. House wines from £16.00.
