A traditional restaurant, Dino's is one of Dover's oldest family run eateries serving Italian cuisine in a warm and intimate setting. The interiors are welcoming, with small wooden tables, a bar to one side with racks of neatly stacked wine bottles, meshed wooden ceiling and subdued lighting. The food is authentic and homemade, with fresh herbs and vegetables taken from the restaurant's own home grown plot at Pilot Meadows, good quality English meat and fresh seafood sourced locally.

The menu, consists of such Italian staples as risotto ai funghi, a rice dish with mushrooms, fresh herbs and cream; gnocchi alla Siciliana, homemade gnocchi in meat and cream sauce; and pizza napoletana, with tomato, anchovies, olives and mozzarella. House specialities consist of dishes of bocconcini di pollo, fillets of chicken stuffed with spinach, cheese, and herbs cooked in wine, and cream, and merluzzo in umido, a dish of poached cod in delicate tomato, basil, onion, olive oil and black olives sauce.

The restaurant also has an extensive selection of Italian wines ranging from house white wine of Trebbiano Abruzzese right up to a classical Gaja Serralunga d'Alba.
