The menu at Divo offers traditional dishes such as moulded herring with beetroot and potato cake, tender smoked salmon with smoked sturgeon and crab, boiled dumplings filled with minced veal, potatoes, cabbage and cheese, and fried pieces of salted pork fat and onions with sour cream. Alternatively try potato pancakes stuffed with creamed mushrooms, Cossack pork sausage, cabbage leaves stuffed with pork mince, chicken shashlik with buckwheat, spring onions, pine nuts and a light mushroom sauce or chicken Kiev. There's a caviar selection as well as hearty soups typical to the region. To finish, consider apple crumble, caramel with forest berries or cherry cheesecake. An extensive range of vodkas and Crimean wines keep the meal company.
