The British menu offers plenty of choices from breakfast classics and light bites to a full three course lunch or dinner meal.

The menu places great emphasis on using seasonal produce with vegetables sourced from their own garden, and produce sourced from fair-trade suppliers wherever possible. Starters could include whitebait with garlic aioli, Thai fishcakes served with sweet chilli sauce, and chicken satay. To follow you could try the pan-fried sea-bass sustainably sourced in British waters and served with basil and split pea risotto, samphire, white wine and dill sauce or grilled chicken breast on dauphinoise potatoes and steamed Savoy cabbage. Traditional desserts like home-made trifle, Devonshire ice cream or raspberry and vanilla bavarois round off the meal wonderfully.
