Flavours from Peru are manifest in most of the dishes and if you'd like to start on a spicy note then Duk's famous Peruvian fruit and vegetable stew brings in that authentic punch and this could be followed by a raspberry pepper chicken.

Machu Picchu may have featured in the list of the New Seven Wonders of the World, but at Duk's it's a much coveted recipe of prime fillet steaks griddled and finished with butter truffle, oil mushrooms, and a blob of venison pâté. The menu also delivers some unexpected surprises such as homemade mango bread, Catalan broth, sticky fig duck, rhubarb pork and a seafood melange of large New Zealand green lipped mussels in a yummy paprika sauce with scallops, prawns and chorizo.
