Don't be surprised to find old favourites such as potted brown shrimps, smoked paprika butter and melba toast, and crisp fried salt and pepper squid with sweet chilli sauce or aioli among the starters. If you want something more filling try baby poisson stuffed with Cox's apples and glazed roasted roots, or the Duke burger with mozzarella, tomato relish and fat ago's chips.

The drinks list includes contributions from the Duke's cocktails, exotic lagers and award winning beers, to fresh orange juice, freshly brewed coffee, and about 34 different fabulous wines from around the world that have been specially selected by Cockburn and Campbell.
