Eagle Bar Diner Description

The Eagle Bar Diner takes the classic fifties style American diner and gives it a funky new edge, combining retro chic with modern styling such as elegant high back booths. Breakfast is served here from 8am and consists of great comfort food such as ham and eggs or Belgian waffles with maple syrup. The highlight of the main menu is of course the burgers, from classic ground rump beef to seared tuna, or a vegetarian burger option. There's also the choice of a rib eye steak or salads such as an Eagle Caesar, or an upstate NY goat's cheese with roasted cherry tomatoes, basil and sunflower seeds. The food here and the atmosphere is definitely a cut above your average burger bar and what's more it's licensed, so you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer with your meal.
