East Coast Taco is clearly spicing up Niantic in true Tex Mex style, and doing it so successfully that they are going to be expanding in size in mid-2008. You can eat in, take out or have them deliver some of the best giant burritos, enchiladas, chili, nachos, wings, quesadillas, taquitos, pulled pork, salads and daily specials, with vegetarian dishes as well, all items under $7. It is locally owned and family run, plus you can BYOB, keeping the cost down further.
