Eco's unique sourdough pizza combines different flour types and is naturally fermented to deliver a full flavoured healthy pizza base that is light and easy to eat. Toppings range from the classic margherita to the unconventional porcini and truffle oil pizza and include quality ingredients such as Gloucester old spot ham, and spicy chorizo salami from Brindisa. Alternatively, if you wish to go for the giant pizza sandwich you can look forward to fillings of baby mozzarella, avocado, grilled chicken red chilli pesto and Parma ham, which ooze with delicious homemade dressings.
