At Ego the spirit of the Mediterranean has been invoked in a number of ways, not least by the décor. Ingredients are sourced with care, often directly from the Med and the menu changes seasonally to take advantage of the best that is available. We just returned home after visiting Ego’s in Lytham on the recommendation of family and friends, it is my husband’s birthday today and due to recent heart scare we had to cancel our planned holiday to Greece. The three course meal tonight at Egos made up for the disappointment of that, as it was fantastic! It had great choices, lovely service, a beautiful setting and décor with very reasonable prices for beautiful food. We shall definitely be returning and passing on our praise for Ego’s to all our friends. Thank you to the staff, and especially the Chef for making my husband’s birthday excellent.
