El Gaucho in many ways is just another Argentinian steakhouse. Yes as you would expect the steaks are tender, flavoursome and generously sized and there is little else beside steaks, with just the odd choice of lamb and couple of chicken dishes. However, El Gaucho has made a good name for itself by offering a friendly informal atmosphere, where staff are efficient and fun loving making this an enjoyable place to enjoy quality steak. Small South American restaurant in residential area of SW10, 5 mins walk from West Brompton or Fulham Broadway tube station. Excellent food and wine, Specialises in Argentinean steak (Very big slabs of meat!). Staff friendly, atmosphere relaxed and friendly. Been to restaurant for over two years now, mainly when in London on business. Highly recommended.
