El Parador Description

Classic, faultless tapas is the name of the game at El Parador. You'll find an excellent Spanish wine list accompanying all the traditional favourites like tortilla and patatas bravas. You'll also find some more innovative combinations such as the excellent sautéed swordfish with garlic and coriander. Desserts include the fabulous flan de naranja, that's an orange crème caramel to you and me.
