Tucked away on a back street off Deansgate, you'd be forgiven for thinking that this restaurant was unlikely to be busy. You'd be wrong, because El Rincon is always busy. Queuing for a table is well worthwhile as the quality of the food will make you forget you even had to wait. The portion sizes are generous and the menu is extensive. Expect delay for some items as everything is cooked fresh to order. Withstaff who are friendly and extremely knowledgeable the atmosphere is bustling and loud and it feels like a very 'authentic' tapas experience. The decor is traditional and simple and, all in all, it's the perfect place for a celebration or just a spot of quick tasty bites after a long day's shopping. Favourites include artichokes, cava and paella not to mention many other delightful items on the lengthy menu.
