El Rincon de Rafa Description
How refreshing to come across a Spanish restaurant producing the real food of the country avoiding the sort of concessions that all too often have to be made to what is sometimes called the local taste. Here is real Spanish food from the tapas through to the dishes of the day. The fish is particularly good in almost any manifestation and amongst the many recognisable Spanish ingredients and dishes is a selection of cheeses, something seen all too seldom in Britain. Nor should the wine list be underestimated.

It’s an authentic Spanish run restaurants run by a Spaniards for over twenty years and has an excellent food, atmosphere and service.

The food is superb! We ordered around five tapas and a paella between three of us, with a jug of sangria costing approx £60, food was fresh and very tasty! However, tapas came out one at a time and the service was a bit manic leaving us to nibble at each dish one at a time! Nonetheless it’s a fabulous restaurant and highly recommended too.
