The aim of Alfonso Caputo?s cooking is to make the most of local products, emphasising their flavour through research and presentation with an emphasis on colour, following a philosophy of cooking anchored in tradition yet open to the future and full of ideas and creativity.

The premises occupied by the restaurant were built at the end of 1800. The building has been fully restored to show off the exposed stonework. The restaurant has two dining rooms on two levels, with the roof still bearing the original trusses; internal driveway, with garden in the area used in summer.
