The restaurant's roots lie in the region's historic hotel and, together with Roccaraso, forms the most important historical district in the Centre-South. The small, cosy yet sophisticated restaurant, accommodating no more than 30 guests, is run by the young chef and his sister Cristiana. Without overlooking regional traditions, Niko offers original dishes, meticulously presented and, above all, prepared using tasty ingredients.
