Situated in the heart of Sauze D'oulx, Ristorante Del Falco is a quaint and charming family owned inn that derives its name from the Hawk bird, with a sign over the front door prominently displaying the family coat of arms. Frequented by tourists who are on sightseeing trips to view the Chapel of Saint Rocco, or the ornate fountains and atmosphere in the village squares, the restaurant sports an ambience which reflects the same charm of cobbled pathways, exposed stone walls, casual seating and a rustic elegance. Divided into two floors, it serves as a spacious dining area for small parties as well as large gatherings.

Offering a wide variety of traditional Italian cuisine, the restaurant sources most of its ingredients from local markets and serves dishes of broccoli flan with parmesan cheese fondue; and carpaccio of wild boar roast ham for starters. Mains comprise pasta dishes of baby gnocchi with radicchio and walnut, or roast loin of pork with wild mushrooms, followed by desserts of fresh tiramisu with amarello.

A wide range of fine Italian wines and other beverages accompany the wholesome meal.
