Aroma Restaurant has been open for nearly three years and in that time, has established itself as one of the premier dining establishments in Fuengirola. It is located in the well known Fish Alley eating area. When the owners took over the premises, it was nothing but an empty shell. It has been transformed over the last three years into a restaurant that has elegance and style. The quality of food is equalled only by its presentation, which in all honesty is best appreciated first hand. Mike, well known from Martins on the Marina at Estepona will be offering fresh fish from the blackboard as well as a selection of meat dishes including steaks from the charcoal grill. The menu presents a mix of original dishes as well as classic favourites. Here you will find slow roasted belly of pork served with caramelized apple, mashed potato flavoured with sage and onion and black pudding with a stock gravy to get the taste buds tingling, or chargrilled calves' liver set on a bed of grain mustard mash served with onion and port wine sauce and crispy bacon.
