Hidden in the heart of the picturesque old city in Palma near the Borne, Bruselas restaurant has been created from a typical Mallorcan house built in the year 1400. Celler Ca'n Amer offers authentic Mallorcan cuisine prepared with quality products. It is also one of the oldest wine cellars on the island. Celler Ca'n Amer was converted into a wine cellar in 1700, producing only wine until the 1950s. It was also a place where people who came to the Inca market could share some food and drink. In 1963, Antonia Cantallops and José Torrens opened it as a restaurant. Antonia is considered one of the best cooks on Mallorca. In the last 37 years this chef, teacher and author has done much research into the old mallorquin cuisine, which has also been influenced by some Arabic, Jewish and Christian aspects.
