Celler Ca'n Carrossa has been in the same family for over a century and the restaurant is now run by Chef and Owner Joan Abrines. He serves long forgotten Mallorcan dishes based on original recipes found in old cookbooks passed down in the oral tradition. Joan works with these ancient local recipes, updates them and then offers them on his menu. The result is a unique cuisine, full of fresh flavours and aromas.

Regular customers know they can just sit down when they arrive and wait to be served up the five course tasting menu of the day in a friendly, family environment. They also know that whatever Joan prepares will be of the highest quality. Celler Ca'n Carrossa restaurant in Lloseta is located in a modernised 18th century town house. In summer, meals are served in the garden beside the swimming pool.

Jens restaurant in Camp de Mar provides a friendly, homely atmosphere and a modern, gourmet cuisine of a consistently high standard along with personalised, professional service. Owners Jens and Manuela opened up the restaurant in February 2001, and since then, Jens has been delighting clients with his delicious creations, which are beautifully presented. Jens is a meticulous chef who adores colour and successfully turns each exquisitely prepared dish into a work of art, thereby seducing the senses even before one tastes. The open terrace with its many strategically placed plants offers a sense of space, privacy and first-class service with personalised attention. Manuela is also the sommelier at Jens.

In a side street in the old town of Palma, next to the church which stands in the plaza Santa Eulàlia, is the recently opened Santa Eulàlia restaurant. This eating establishment blends history and art with a modern, trendy atmosphere. The 300 year-old stones that make up the building are steeped in history and have been carefully restored to their full glory. The elegant, rustic dining room is located downstairs, and provides the perfect setting to enjoy the modern, seasonal cuisine offered at Santa Eulàlia. Upstairs you will find the cafeteria, open all day from eight o'clock in the morning, with a lunchtime menu of the day.
