The building of Ca'n Costa dates back to the 19th century when it was a large dwelling place for farmhands working land from the surrounding areas. The main part of the restaurant was then a walled garden typical of old Mallorcan houses, where horses and carts were kept. Since then, Ca'n Costa has played many roles in the community. It was the first cinema in Pollensa, and the two projectors exhibited in the restaurant are originals from the 1940s.

Celler Ca'n Amer offers authentic Mallorcan cuisine prepared with quality products. It is also one of the oldest wine cellars on the island. Celler Ca'n Amer was converted into a wine cellar in 1700, producing only wine until the 1950s. It was also a place where people who came to the Inca market could share some food and drink.
