A Dorada was the first restaurant to open up in the Port of Andratx in the 1960s. Still owned by the same family, it is located right on the front line of the popular promenade. Customers are provided with an opportunity to sample modern Mediterranean cuisine with specialities in fresh fish and seafood. Their terrace presents a fine setting for a memorable dining experience. There are two dining rooms inside, and you could enjoy panoramic views of the harbour from the spaces upstairs.

El Salmon is a well established restaurant in the Palmanova area. It was opened by the Martinez family in 1972. The atmosphere there is friendly and informal with sons Tato and Emiliano, who continue to manage the business with great enthusiasm and care for their customers. Chef Tato produces the wide variety of dishes on the menu, always ensuring a high standard of the ingredients used and taking great care over presentation. Emiliano welcomes customers, and makes sure they enjoy visits on any day of the week.

Restaurant Es Castell was renovated in 2003. This refined, speciality establishment at the Hotel Castillo Son Vida serves gourmet food in grand hotel style with a panoramic view of Palma and the sea. The interior dining room design is a distinguished blend of stone, wood and the play of tangerine orange, mahogany red and olive yellow. The bill of fare features Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine and, in summer months, themed barbecues out on the spacious terrace.

Via Appia serves up recipes that range from foie to fresh fish of the day, meats and pastas all combined with fresh seasonal products and extra virgin olive oil. It is the only restaurant on the island serving Entrecote of Buffalo flown in regularly from Canada. Chef and Owner, Michele, comes from a long line of restaurateurs; his grandfather started cooking for distinguished personalities in Italy in 1918. Four years ago, Michele opened up Via Appia where clients can enjoy an International cuisine, with a flair of the Mediterranean (notably Sicilian). For more than ten years now, visitors and locals have been experiencing the delights of Indian Restaurant Baisakhi on the popular Paseo Maritimo in Palma. There, owner Bhupendra Gupta brings his extensive knowledge of Indian gastronomy to the island of Mallorca, offering customers a unique and personalised dining experience. At Baisakhi there is only one tasting menu, which changes frequently. The decor is also unique, as all antique pieces in the restaurant have been carefully chosen to create an authentic Indian atmosphere.

Celler Ca'n Amer offers authentic Mallorcan cuisine prepared with quality products. It is also one of the oldest wine cellars on the island. Celler Ca'n Amer was converted into a wine cellar in 1700, producing only wine until the 1950s. It was also a place where people who came to the Inca market could share some food and drink. In 1963, Antonia Cantallops and José Torrens opened it as a restaurant. Antonia is considered one of the best cooks on Mallorca. In the last 37 years this chef, teacher and author has done much research into the old mallorquin cuisine, which has also been influenced by some Arabic, Jewish and Christian aspects.

Over time, she has reinvented ancient recipes, and modernised them to suit contemporary tastes. The ample interior still retains its original charm with the large wines barrels.
