The restaurant is run by Oskar Gyllström and Dennis Edh. They continue a tradition of good quality that Skärets Krog always have been known for, yet they wont be afraid of trying new ideas and new ways of doing things. The menu will be adapted to the seasons with a seafood menu always available. As summer starts the menu will be expanded, dishes will be added as well as a sampling menu. There will also be more drinks and beverages to choose from in addition to fresh berries. The brandy and whiskey menu will of course remain intact. Skärets Krog is located in Smögen.
