Since its inception in the summer of 2002, Carl Johan has been working with providing its version of a high standard dining experience. Diners are only served carefully chosen local produce from Östergötland. At Carl Johan, food is considered an experience for all senses and they strive to create a memorable evening that the diner will gladly remember.
