Vegetarians may go for the garlic-fried French beans and dumpling with asparagus and spring onion. Sushi lovers have a long list of chef's specials apart from the regulars including sashimi, ika and unagi, prepared right before their eyes by sushi wizards, carefully hand-picked from Asia.
