Eyre Brothers Restaurant Description
David Eyre was one of the founders of The Eagle, arguably the first and most successful of the London gastro pubs, still winning plaudits today. Now he has created Eyre Brothers - not amazingly original, as his partner is his brother Robert - but it was been named by the Good Food Guide in 2003 as 'The London Newcomer of the Year', quite an achievement given all the competition.
Rather more expensive and upmarket than The Eagle, it adopts the same rather straightforward approach to décor, though slightly posher and more minimalist in look, while the food exhibits a similar commitment to strong flavours, with a notable influence from the Iberian Peninsula.
