We have been regular diners (almost twice a week), to Fairuz for the last two years and we have never been let down. We have almost ten friends who also dine regularly at Fairuz and have never failed to have a great time there. This is our favourite Lebanese restaurant in town. It is consistently good, the food always excellent, their service extremely pleasant, courteous, competent and very helpful. We have never felt rushed. And you can easily see that on the faces of other diners, as the main waiters spend a lot of time talking to customers at every table. For us, it's the staff that makes this place.

One thing you need to keep in mind is that this is a small and extremely busy place, so it can get a bit noisy (it’s not the restaurant’s mistake) also you need to be a bit patient with food when it is busy. If you have any concerns or complaints speak to the waiters and they will be more than happy to help, and to make you feel a valued customer. Fairuz is highly recommended.
