Far East Description

One of the early starters on Merseyside, setting the pace for Chinese restaurants in the 1980's. The décor is unchallenging but for consistently good food Far East takes some beating. Sitting over an oriental cash and carry with a car park above it, it could be said to have everything. This view is reinforced when you go for lunch on Sunday and are treated to the spectacle of trolleys loaded with Dim Sum, great steaming mounds of exciting and beautifully prepared Dim Sum, doing the rounds. This is certainly not one to miss.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. The food is lovely and the service is always good..

This place is a favourite with the Chinese community - the Sunday dim sum is a must. The restaurant gets full early so getting there on time is essential to avoid a long wait for the table. The food is brought around on trolleys and it is easy to over indulge on the tasty, steamed morsels that pass the table constantly. This place is well situated in Berry, St. Liverpool L1, so give it a try.
