We visited Farsyde for the first time in October in a party of four and I have to say that it is by far the best restaurant in the area. At first I thought the menu looked a bit limited but they have clearly sacrificed quantity for quality. The fact that it was so busy on a Thursday night was a good sign and booking is strongly advised. The early bird menu is extremely good value at £14.50 for two courses with an excellent selection of starters, mains and puddings. The bill for four people including drinks and wine came to about £128.00. This may seem a bit steep for a mid week night out but believe me, it's worth it.

I absolutely love this place. I have been there several times and it has never disappointed. Although the menu is relatively small, the food is always fantastic whatever you order. The members of staff are professional yet relaxed and the atmosphere is vibrant. I'm yet to find a restaurant I enjoy more than this one.
