Recreating the magic of the Mediterranean cuisine, Fat Momma's has put to good use some excellent rustic recipes to bring to the table fresh and flavoursome dishes that include Cajun chicken pasta, salmon and asparagus linguini and Momma's special lasagne. If you prefer the traditional appetizer-main course route, begin with prawn cocktail or crab cakes followed by pepper fillet steak or baked salmon. A good range of pizzas is to hand and expect toppings of ham and mushroom, spicy Spanish chorizo sausage or simply lots of meat and cheese.
