Gorgeously situated on a magnificently hand crafted barge overlooking Regent's Park, the Feng Shang Princess Floating Restaurant has offered an array of tantalizing Szechuan specialities since opening its doors in the 1980s. Back-to-back windows wrapped round the dining room provide great views and proprietor Karen Chua is always on hand to ensure that guests get nothing less than exquisite Chinese food combined with exceptional service.

The menu lists familiar favourites of crispy aromatic duck rolls, chicken satay and vegetarian grilled dumplings alongside chef's specials such as soft shell crab with mango salad. Main courses continue the blend of classic and modern with crispy shredded chilli beef, sweet and sour pork rubbing shoulders with stir fried ostrich with black pepper and red wine sauce. Vegetarians are well served with over a dozen tofu dishes as well as the intriguing crispy vegetarian duck while set menus offer diners a fair choice.
