Ferrari's - Bromley in East Street offers specialities inspired by the regional cuisine of Italy. The contemporary space is enhanced by an open plan kitchen where the team led by executive chef Paolo Barone delivers the goods. The restaurant is just around the corner from the Glades shopping centre.

The extensive menu gives primacy to seasonally available market fresh ingredients. Starter of oven baked aubergine wrapped goat's cheese with red pepper coulis might be followed by tagliatelle with smoked chicken, mange-tout and cream sauce as well as slow braised lamb shank with gratin potatoes cooked in tomatoes and rosemary red wine jus. Alternatively, try avocado and crab meat salad, pan-fried queen scallops wrapped in pancetta, spinach and ricotta ravioli with wild mushroom cream sauce and char grilled medallions of fillet of beef with spring spinach and creamed mash in a black peppercorn sauce. Affogato, cinnamon ice cream with Frangelico liqueur and a shot of espresso for dessert completes the picture. A range of boutique Italian wines, carefully selected, undoubtedly brings value to the table.
