ffresh
Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 5AL
Wales Millennium Centre is undoubtedly one of the world's most renowned art and cultural destinations with a remarkable façade that draws in numerous tourists and theatre-goers everyday. After a tiring day at the art exhibition, browsing through the artistic merchandise at the gift shop or taking a tour of the building, it's time to rest your feet at ffresh and recharge your batteries. The menu is steeped in Welsh tradition with a hearty lamb cawl and thyme dumplings, braised shin of beef with leek and Blue cheese suet pudding, truffle mash and roasted root vegetables, and iced apple parfait with chocolate mousse. ffresh would also like to credit local suppliers from across Wales and the west of England, so you'd notice a Brecon venison pie with celeriac and black pudding gratin, creamed cabbage and lentils, and organic cheese from Caws Cenarth Farm.Wales Millennium Centre is undoubtedly one of the world's most renowned art and cultural destinations with a remarkable façade that draws in numerous tourists and theatre-goers everyday. REVIEWS OF ffresh
Mark (13 January 2011)
I had read the reviews so that I'd try it. I have been there before when it was something else so thought we'd give it a try. Wow! It has had a great facelift on the bar area and they now do a bar menu as well. Really nice value for money. I read a card there that if you join the Centre's membership scheme called Promise you get 20% discount off food and drink. I'd recommend it.

I came across Ffresh when my Nan had her wedding in there most recently. The service was fabulous, the menu was very ‘master chef’, tasty and well presented and overall I would most certainly go again. The bitter-sweet chocolate tart with pancetta and ice-cream was very rich, but very elegant and delicious. I would highly recommend it and urge anyone taking a visit to Cardiff Bay to try Ffresh. I would say extremely ideal for special occasions.
