Fine Line - Monument, The Description
The Fine Line at Monument has a bar on two levels, with a fantastic view of the London Monument. The mezzanine dining area offers good choice in food and wine. Downstairs the atmosphere is a little more relaxed and informal.

I went to The Fine Line on Friday for lunch as I heard it had been refurbished but what a disappointment. I found out the chef had also left and I don’t blame him as the new chef was not in control as the food took 48 minutes to arrive. Then the rare steak was cremated and when we asked to speak to the manager, she finally did arrive at our table and was rude.

Excellent food and great service. I would highly recommend this place. Good cocktails too.
