This venue whisks you away to the land of bull fighters, flamenco dancers and popular Spanish cuisine. Straddling two levels, the Flamenco Tapas Restaurant is situated between the Eastbourne theatres and the town centre and has over time become an ideal spot for guests to visit for a quick bite or an elaborate meal. The restaurant provides a relaxed, fun atmosphere as it features traditional décor, 46 tapas dishes, daily specials and carefully selected wines, all of which can be enjoyed with Spanish music playing in the background.

The food is attractively presented in plates on cast iron stands and some of the specialties include range of casseroles, lamb chops, chicken and chorizo croquettes, black pudding on toast, patatas bravas, rose sangria and gambas al ajillo. Desserts include churros pudding, almond tart and ice cream with honey. Regular Flamenco performances and guitar evenings are held to add colour to the evenings.
