Fleur Bar & Bistro, The

Start your meal with whole flat mushrooms stuffed with a delicate tapenade of sun-dried tomatoes, olives and artichokes, accompanied by couscous and finished with melted goats' cheese before moving on to a ten ounce sirloin steak cooked to your liking, served with a creamy potato gratin and choice of either a red wine reduction or black peppercorn sauce, and medallions of pork cooked in a creamy garlic and flat leaf parsley sauce with Spanish potatoes and a shallot purée. Desserts appeal with treats such as strawberry cheesecake and chocolate waffle meltdown appearing on the black board.
