Florian restaurant in Porto Colom is the culmination of a dream that a brother and sister had, to open a very personal venue where one can sit, eat, drink and relax on the terrace in front of the sea. Katharina and her brother Florian grew up in Germany and have worked in many countries before. Nearly ten years ago they brought that expertise to Porto Colom, where they offer fresh, creative Mediterranean cuisine in a special setting. The restaurant also provides a backdrop for new Mallorcan artists so the art changes every few months. Florian is trendy, friendly and most of all, a fun place to be.
